Patient reports shortness of breath and frequent coughing especially at night. Seems to be getting worse. Respiratory rate 30 bpm, heart rate 140. Acute exacerbation of asthma. Request pulmonary function test. Prescribed albuterol 90 ug/puff, 2 puffs quid. Return to office in one week. Call if no improvement. Call if no improvement
