Prescriber issues a script that meets any of the following (exceptions from electronic prescribing of CS)
a) Written and faxed prescriptions
b) Written, faxed, and telephoned prescriptions
c) Written, faxed, telephoned, and verbal prescriptions
d) Written, faxed, telephoned, verbal, and electronic prescriptions
