The least common multiple is 468.
You can make a list of the multiples...
52: 52, 104... eventually 468
18: 18, 36, eventually 468.
This method is simple and easy. By listing all multiples (I only showed a few just to teach the strategy), you can find the first number that both is a factor of both numbers.
