the slope = (y2-y1) / (x2-x1)
=  (7-3) / (2- -2)
= 4/4
= 1
using the point/slope form of a line:-
y - y1 =  m(x - x1)
y -  3 = 1(x -  -2)
y = x + 2 + 3
y = x + 5  (answer)
