Saudi Arabia and Oman's rulers are related. Both of the countries have absolute monarchies. They have newly written constitutions and their structures descend from Ottoman caliphs. They are also religiously devoted. Their desires for peace and security also makes them similar. They also have no interest in politics and distrust of the military.
