So, 5 1/3 = 16/3;

3 1/7 = 22/7;

We have, (16/3)x(22/7)x(3/8) = (16x22x3)/(3x7x8) = (16x22)/(7x8) = (2x22)/7 = 44/7 = 6 2/7;
