so if 2 x 10 = 20, you can check your answer by dividing 20 by either 2 or 10

20 / 2 = 10

20 / 10 = 2

Any single digit number(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 or 9 NOT 10) all you do is put a 0 behind the number (example: 4 times 10 is 40.)
