You are just following the same steps.

23,000 - 20,000 = 3,000

(3,000/20,000) * 100

= 15%

(Also I'm sorry. For question 18 I accidentally put 16.73% instead of 16.67%, I fixed it on the post but I see that you didn't see that ;-;)
