using the laws of exponents

[tex]7^{2}[/tex] / [tex]7^{3}[/tex] = 1 / [tex]7^{3-2}[/tex] = [tex]\frac{1}{7}[/tex]

[tex]7^{-1}[/tex] = [tex]\frac{1}{7}[/tex]

Apart from 7 the other 3 all equal [tex]\frac{1}{7}[/tex]
