Your answer should be Cold Blooded Animals. Cold blooded animals don't have control over their own body temperature like humans or mammals do, most times cold blooded animals are reptiles, amphibians, etc. so they have to lay on rocks or someplace in the sunlight to warm up and have to go to water or shady areas to cool off.
