y= 1/3x +1.

Substitute x for 100

Short answer: y = 133.3333...

Why?

The easy way to start is to determine y when x is equal to 1.

Firstly, y becomes 1/3rd of x, which is .3333... Then you add 1, which is simply

1.3333....

because 100 is, well, 100 times the size of 1, we can multiply our previous calculation of y by 100.

Good luck!
