Write an equation of the line that has a slope of 2 and passes through the point (-5,1)

y = ax+b

*Slope of 2

a = 2

y = 2x + b

Point (-5,1):

1 = 2*-5 + b

1 = -10 + b

b = 11

y = 2x+11
