A CD usually sells for $12.00. If the CD is 20% off, and sales tax is 7%, what is the total price of the CD, including tax?

$12 x .20 = $2.40 

12 - 2.40 = $9.60

$9.60 x .07 = $0.67 

$9.60 + $0.67 = $10.27
