4x²-x-3=0
==>(2x)²-2*1/2*x+1/4-3-1/4=0
==>(2x-1/2)²-13/4=0
==>(4x-1)²-13=0
==>(4x-1-√13)(4x-1+√13)=0
==> x=(1+√13)/4 or x=(1-√13)/4
