Given two points: (x₁,y₁) and (x₂,y₂) the midpoint will be ((x₁+x₂)/2 , (y₁+y₂)/2)
In this case:
(15,-3)
(5,12)

The midpoint will be: ((15+5)/2 , (-3+12)/2)=(10 , 4.5)

Answer: (10 , 4.5)
