Ms. McDuffy bought 2 1/2 yards of fabric that cost $7.90 per yard. She also bought 3 3/4 yards of fabric that cost $9.96 per yard. What is the total cost of the fabric?

I got 14.45 for 2 1/2 x $7.90 buy divides 90 by 2 and 7x2 and rounded $9.96 to ten and multiply be four so I got $7.90x2 1/2x$10x4= 54.45 dollars
