You can factor 7x^2 from the top and bottom. It would look like this:

7x^2(x-7)   /   7x^2(x^2)

Simplify the 7x^2 out, and your final fraction will be:

[tex]\frac{x-7}{x^2}[/tex]
X-7/x^2
