ax+by=c
the slope is -a/b
to be paralell, itmust have the same slope

so an equation in the form 3x-2y=c is the answer
or anything where the whole thing is multiplied by the same number lke 2
6x-4y=8 for example
or it could be in slope inercept form
y=3/2x+b
