R = 2x + 9y [ Given ]

When,

  • y = 3

  • R = 13

★ Substituting the values in the above equation

=> 13 = 2x + 9 × 3

=> 13 = 2x + 27

=> 13 - 27 = 2x

=> -14 = 2x

=> x = -14/2

=> x = -7
