Answer:

if no discount is allowed

MP = SP = 1500

sp with vat = sp = vat amount

vat amount = vat% of sp

                    = 10% 0f 1500

                    = 150

sp with vat = sp = vat amount

                   = 1500 + 150

                  =   1650
