Start with y = x2

 

Shift 2 units left to get y = (x+2)2

 

Vertically stretch to get y = 6(x+2)2

 

Reflect across x-axis to get y = -6(x+2)2

 

Shift 7 units down to get y = -6(x+2)2 - 7
