y-y1=m(x-x1)
for a point (x1,y1) and slope, m

slope=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)=(0-5)/(0-1)=5/1=5
m=5
a point is (0,0
y-0=5(x-0)
y=5(x)
y=5x
