The lateral surface area is the sum of the area of the other faces of the figure excluding the bases.

Isabella fish tank is twice the height of the prism . Therefore

h = 2(8) = 16 inches

The sum of the area of the other three sides are as follows:

Lateral surface area = 16(6) + 16(8) + 16(10)

Lateral surface area = 96 + 128 + 160
