I know I got the last one wrong, so I will hopefully get this one right

I am not that great with Proportional and Not Proportional, but

1. Y is 0.5 times x

2. Y is 1.5 times x

I see that you only need help now with the proportional part. Number one is non-proportional and number two is proportional
