3x-19=8x+10 what is the answer

3x - 19 = 8x + 10

3x - 8x = 10 + 19

-5x = 29

x = 29 :(-5)

x = 5.8

Ans = 5.8

(3-8)x = 19+10

-5x = 29

x = -29/5
