answer is B. y=3x+9

y+6 = 3 (x+5)
y+6 = 3x+15
    y = 3x + 15 -6
    y = 3x +9

y-(-6)=3 (x-(-5))
is your equation, so simplify and solve for y
y-(-6)=3 (x+5)
y+6=3×x+3×5
y+6=3x+15
y=3x+15-6
y=3x+9
