m = y2 - y1 / x2 - x1
= - 9.75 - 6.75 / 3.33 - ( -8.5 )
= - 16.5 / 11.83

=> y= - 16.5 / 11.83x +b
6.75 = - 16.5 / 11.83 ( -8.5) +b
6.75 = 11.86 +b
=> b = - 5.11

Answer : y= - 16.5 / 11.83x - 5.11
