Confirm that f and g are inverses by showing that f(g(x)) =x and g(f(x)) =x where: f(x) =3x-2 and g(x) = (x+2)/3

f(g (x)=3 [(x+2)/3]-2
=x+2-2
=x

g (f(x)=[(3x-2)+2]/3
=3x/3
=x
f and g are inverses
