You have to flip the last fraction and multiple both the top by the top and the bottom by the bottom then you have to simply but just look that up or ask your teacher.
Keep. Change. Flip

So first, just keep the first fraction as it is
Now change the divide sign into a x
Next flip the second fraction

Now you can times the fractions together :)
