well,you can use the pythagorean theorem,which is a^2+b^2=c^2 to solve for x.

So we have
[tex]2x-59=x+31[/tex]
⇒[tex]x-59=31[/tex]
⇒[tex]x=90[/tex]

Plug in:
[tex]x+31=90+31=121[/tex]
[tex]2x-59=2(90)-59=180-59=121[/tex]
[tex]x-7=90-7=83[/tex]
