Answer: A=πr²      

A=3.14(1.6inch)²                     r=d/2⇒3.2/2⇒1.6

A=3.14×2.56in²

A=8.0384in²

A≈8.04

now circumference,

C=2πr

C=2×3.14×1.6in

C=10.048in

C≈10.05
