1) 2.4 divided by 4 wright on paper and move the decimal over until it's a whole number move the decimal on top I've the House (or how ever you wright out you problem )and after you do that you divide like normal.
Same thing with number 2) just move the decimal over two times to make it a whole number and divide like normal.
