What is d=rt for t for scientific formula?

i'm not quite sure what this question means, but d = rt is a formula used to calculate the distance. the variables here are d for distance, r for rate, and t for time. if you need to solve it for t:

d = rt ... divide both sides by the rate (r)
(d/r) = t ... is your result
