You can solve this by substituting each x value and y value into the inequality to see if they work. If they do, that point is a solution.

3*3 - 2*2 < 5
9 - 4 < 5
5 < 5
False

3*2 - 2*3 < 5
6 - 6 < 5
0 < 5
True

3*5 - 2*2 < 5
15 - 4 < 5
11 < 5
False

3*8 - 2*5 < 5
24 - 10 < 5
14 < 5
False
