STP signifies standard temperature and pressure. These conditions are at 1 atmospheric pressure and 0 degrees Celsus, It has been said that at these conditions, one mole of a gas molecule is  22.4 liters of volume.

1.50 mol Cl2( 22.4 L / mol) = 33.6 L Cl2
