so 3/4 of 100 is 75 , same with 6/8 of 100 . they're equivalent fractions . so you could write 0.75 , as 1 is the whole .

1st step- you reduce your fraction which gives you 3/4

2nd step- divide 6 by 8 which is 0.75

Or you could do 3/4 which also gives you 0.75
