[tex] x^{2}+12x+y^{2}+6y=0[/tex]
[tex]( x^{2} +12x+36)+( y^{2} +6y+9)=0+36+9[/tex]
[tex]( \frac{12}{2} ^{2} ) =36 : ( \frac{6}{2}^{2})=9 [/tex]
[tex](x+12)^{2} +(y+3)^{2}=45[/tex]
[tex] x^{2} +y^{2}+12x+6y=0[/tex]
