y=x+3 because y is equal to x+3 like 1+3=4 forthe first one 1 being X adding 3 and then 4 being the Y

y=x (don't put that)
for y you multiply for the first one then divide y by x
4x1=4, 10/2=5,18/3=6,28/4=7
