Your answer would be False.
Even though the official is not part of the opposing team yelling at him/her could end up with a bad end for you and your team.

The answer is False, even though the officials aren't on the opposing team it does not give you rights to yell at  him or her. Also it is utterly disrespectful.

Hope this helped!

Have a great rest of your day!
