The nose hair helps remove particles in your nose and the respiratory tract cleans, warms, and moistens air on its way to the lungs which then leads to the nose that's how your nose enables warm moisten air.

I agree with the other person, because you noes hair also remove the dirt/ particles in your noes to where you sneeze.
