We inhale oxygen at the nose. The air travels through the throat (pharynx) , then through the tube larynx and then the inhaled oxygen enters the lungs and reaches the alveoli. The alveoli are covered in capilleries. The capillaries bring oxygen into the bloodstream, where it is delivered to other bodily systems.
