Which nursing diagnosis is appropriate for a patient who has started aminoglycoside therapy?

Well first, nurses can't diagnose anyone or anything.  Doctors have to diagnose.  But if you're using Aminoglycoside Therapy you are using antibiotics to treat gram-negative infections.
