f(x) = -9x + 4
y = -9x + 4
x = -9y + 4
x + 4 = -9y
-x/9 - 4/9 = y

h(x) = -4/5x + 1 3/5
y = -4/5x + 1 3/5
x = -4/5y + 1 3/5
x - 1 3/5 = -4/5y
-1 1/4x + 2 = y
