7/5 is an improper fraction. we need to change it to a mixed number:
7/5 -> 1 2/5

now, we know that 1/5 is 0.2 so that means 2/5 must be 0.4. there also is a 1 so the answer is going to be 1.4

The answer (rounding to the 100th place) is 1.4
