I know for sure that the Babylonians conquered the Kingdom of Judah when Nebuchadnezzar was king. I believe they were conquered in 587 BC.

During the reign of King Nebucadnezzar II from 1125–1104 BC in Babylon, he conquered Judah. This was the called the Seige of Jeruselem. It occured on 587 BC.
