Combine like terms to get y(6+8)+z(5-3), or 14y+2z.  B is the correct answer.

[tex]6y + 5z + 8y-3z \to 6y+8y+5z-3z[/tex]

[tex]\to (6+8y) + (5-3)z \to 14y + 2z[/tex]
