Sheila is going to divide a 36 inch piece of ribbon into 5 equal pieces she says each piece will be 7 inches long what is Sheila’s error

36 divided by 5 is 7.2 and not 7. Sheila rounded to the nearest whole number but she wasn't supposed to.

5x7=35 the pieces won't be 7 inches long
