I would say that they need to clarify just what wisdom is ie is it the ability to see the probable outcome of a certain course of action based on experience and to have confidence that this outcome is very likely to be the correct one such as saying 'hindsight is 20/20' or 'it takes 20 years to get 20 years experience'.
