It will be easier to arrange it this way (using math theorems):
[tex] \frac{1}{1} * 2x+ \frac{1}{3} [/tex]

Then, just simplify:
[tex]2x+ \frac{1}{3} [/tex]

And, that's as far as you can simplify because they aren't like terms. Hope this helps.
