Reduce all the fractions.

A) 24/27 and  16/18 reduce to 8/9 and 8/9. They are proportional.

B) 6/9 and 30/45 reduce to 2/3 and 2/3. They are proportional.

C) 6/15 and 8/20 reduce to 2/5 and 2/5. They are proportional.

D) 20/24 and 15/21 reduce to 5/6 and 5/7. They are not proportional.
